Das genehmigte Projekt ist sehr groß.
Erlaubt bzw. genehmigt sind folgendes:
2 – 18 Loch Golfplätze -,
1 Stausee,
3 große Hotels, 5*****
1 große Sportanlage, mehr als 200 Luxus – Villen als Ferienhäuser, 1 Photovoltaik Park von 5 MW
( der auf 150 MW ) erweitert werden kann. Das Grundstück ist 12,5 Millionen Quadratmeter
groß mit der Option das gleiche noch einmal dazu zu bekommen.
Bis zum Meer sind es ca. 30 Kilometer. Man kann das Meer von dem Grundstück aus sehen.
Das Grundstück liegt auf Chalkidi im Hinterland und am Fuße der Berge. Das invest ohne PV Park
liegt bei ca. 750 Millionen Euro. Das Land mit der Genehmigung liegt bei 27 Millionen Euro

3. Die weitläufige Halbinsel Chalkidiki liegt im Norden der Ägäis und gehört zum
makedonischen Teil von Griechenland. Während sich im Zentrum der Insel hohe
Gebirgsketten erheben, fallen diese zum Meer hin flach ab und machen Chalkidiki zu
einem wahren Naturparadies
